An unusually large No.1 Service Dress uniform (includes jacket, trousers, shirt, tie and belt). Jacket has QC Staybrite buttons, Flight Lieutenant's rank, ribbons for '39/45 Star, Burma Star, Defence Medal, War Medal, pre-'62 General Service Medal, post-'62 GSM and a Long Service/Good Conduct Medal. Cloth belt with staybrite silver buckle. Matching No1 trousers with button fly, hook/eye waist fastening and braces buttons. A blue RAF airman's shirt (limited sizes) and black issue tie are included. Officer's cap available as an option.
Condition: Jacket and trousers look in very good condition when worn, although there are some defects which are not obvious. Externally jacket has a moth hole of approx 2mm diameter to left elbow, 3 holes of approx 3mm diameter each on the right arm/elbow (see photo #12). Inside the collar there are around a dozen larger holes (max approx 8mm x 4mm) but these are not visible when the jacket is worn. There is a discreet brown mark near left pocket (see photo #8). Trousers have a single mothhole of approx 2mm diameter to right leg rear thigh. Shirts will be in good used condition (may have small marks). Tie will be new/unissued.
