Boots, Ammo 1940 (12M) A pair of used British Army ammunition/BGS black leather ankle boots. Dated 1940 and War Department broad arrow stamped on both boots. Heel and toe plates. Hobnails. Made by John White of Rushden. No laces. Shoe trees are not included.
Size: Stamped 12M (Medium width fitting)
Condition: Appear to be in good condition. Well used, multiple layers of wax/polish, creasing of the uppers, but there is no noticeable seperation or other problem between uppers and soles. Soles dry with some cracking, but intact and appear stong. Two hobnails missing.
Please note that these are well-used (almost) 80 year old second hand boots and as such are sold as collectable items, not intended for regular wear. Although they look strong and (with care) wearable for display etc, we offer no guarantee whatsoever as to their strength or durabiilty.
