Mess - Lieutenant General RWF
A British Army General Staff pattern mess uniform consisting of jacket, trousers and waistcoat. Red wool jacket with black facings, gilt-edged epaulettes with Lieutenant General rank and Royal Welch Fusiliers black silk flashes on collar. Black wool waistcoat is full backed and has RWF buttons (waistcoat has had elastic inserted in sides to increase size, see photos). Trousers have button fly, hook/eye waist fastening, braces buttons, and 1" stripes. (Shirt and braces not included but usually available as options)

Sizes:   Jacket approx 41/42" chest. Trousers 39" waist. Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):              21.5"

Shoulder:                                  18"

Jacket Waist (width, laid flat):   n/a, worn open.

Length:                                     19.5"

Sleeve:                                     23.5"

Waistcoat Waist (laid flat):       20" (+ stretch)

Trouser waist:                          39.5" (nothing to let out)

Inside Leg:                               34" (+1.5" to let down)

Condition:      Good condition. Light wear only. Clean and damage free with the exception of a small mark to back shoulder (approx 15mm long) which should clean out.
