Royal Navy Commander Greatcoat 1942
A WW2 Royal Navy officer's bespoke tailored private purchase greatcoat.1942 dated. Blue/black wool, with King's crown RN officer's buttons. Lieutenant Commander's rank boards sewn on. Fully silk lined. half-belt to rear. By Gieves Ltd.

Date:    1942.

Sizes:   Approx 38/40" depending on clothing worn underneath. Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):            21"

Shoulder:                                18.5"

Jacket Waist (width, laid flat):  20"

Condition:     Excellent condiiton. Clean and damage free. Only light wear.
