Army Service Corps, 1914
A 1914 (see below) dated Army Service Corps home service uniform (jacket & trousers) in very good/unissued condition. Black melton wool jacket has white facings, Hungarian knot cuff embellishments and brass General Service buttons. Trousers have a single white tape on each leg with dark blue centre. Appears to be uissued. Original paper labels on both.

Date:  Trousers Jan 1914. Jacket appears to be April 1911 although this could be 1914.   

Size:   Very small. Jacket approx 30" chest. Trousers 30" waist. Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):             16"

Shoulder:                                 15"

Jacket Waist (width, laid flat):  15"

Length:                                     24.5"

Sleeve:                                     23"

Trouser waist:                           30"

Inside leg:                                31"

Condition:        Excellent. Appears to be unissued. Clean and damage free. Some oxidation to a few of the buttons.
