REME Officer SD Uniform
A British Army officer's service dress uniform consisting of jacket and trousers (shirt, tie, braces and Sam Browne belt available as options). Jacket has staybrite Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers buttons, no rank insignia, REME collar dogs. Trousers are zip fly with button-down belt loops, side waist adjusters and braces buttons. Date:         1977

Sizes:       Jacket approx 37/39" chest. Trousers approx 36" waist (note, jacket waist is slightly smaller"). Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):              20"

Shoulder:                                  16.5"

Jacket Waist (width, laid flat):   18"  (max 35 waist)

Length:                                      28"

Sleeve:                                      23"

Trouser waist::                          36" (+0" to let out)

Inside Leg:                                27" (+1" to let down)

Condition:    Jacket/trousers in good condition. Light wear but clean and damage free. Holes in epaulattes where rank previously fitted. Minor "pulls" where medal ribbons fitted. A piece of DPM material has been added to the waist. This is not visible when being worn.

Shirts and ties are new. Braces used grade 1 condition. Sam Brownes are used and condition varies. .
