RTR Lt Mess
British Army cavalry-pattern Royal Tank Regiment mess uniform (jacket and waistcoat, no trousers). Jacket is black Melton wool with black velvet collar/cuffs, gold trim and Lieutenant's rank on sewn-on gold cord epaulettes. Waistcoat is red wool, full backed, with gold details.

Size:         Approx 39/40" chest. Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):            21"

Shoulder:                                17"

Jacket Waist (width, laid flat):  n/a, worn open.

Length:                                   22"

Sleeve:                                   25.5"

Waistcoat Waist:                    17" (laid flat)

Collar:                                    15.5"

Condition:   Jacket and waistcoat in good condition. Light wear/slight fading but clean and damage free. The epaulettes are sewn on to the jacket (there are no buttons/screwposts).
