RCT Captain Mess
A Royal Corps of Transport officer-pattern mess jacket and waistcoat..Black jacket with cream facings, mounted RCT buttons and Captain's rank. Waistcoat is full backed with mounted RCT buttons.

Sizes:       Jacket approx 37/38" chest.  Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):      19.5"

Shoulder:                          15"

Waist (width, laid flat):       n/a, worn open.

Length:                              20"

Sleeve:                              22.5"

Waistcoat Width (laid flat): 18.5"  (max 35" waist)

Condition:    Two pinhead-sized holes and a few small areas of surface moth tracing to front of waistcoat. Two holes in left cuff (approx 4mm each). Three other much smaller holes on cuffs. No other damage. Jacket and waistcoat are clean with only light wear.
