RNR Cdr Mess Uniform
A Royal Naval Reserve officer's doeskin Number 2 mess uniform ranked to a Commander, consisting of jacket, waistcoat and trousers (shirt/tie/braces not included, shirts/braces usually available as an option). Jacket has RNR Commander's lace and King's crown RN officers' buttons (links are Queen's crown). Waistcoat is full-backed with KC buttons and rear waist adjuster. Trousers are high-backed with zip fly/waist fastening and braces buttons.

Date:     1952 (last digit not clear)

Sizes:   Jacket approx 38/39" chest. Trousers approx 33" waist. Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):      20"

Shoulder:                          17.5"

Jacket Waist                     19" (buttoned)

Length:                              20"

Sleeve:                              22"

Waistcoat waist:                18" (max 34" waist)

Trouser waist:                    33" (nothing to let out)

Inside Leg:                         31" (+1.5"to let down)

Condition:         Good condition. Light wear but clean and damage free.
