RN Captain No1 Ceremonial/Tailcoat
A Royal Navy number 1 ceremonial uniform in doeskin ranked to a Captain consisting of tailcoat, aiguilettes, white waistcoat and trousers (shirt/tie not included, cap available as option). Tailcoat is fully lined and has Captain's lace, removable shoulder board, RN aiguilettes and QC RN officer's buttons. Waistcoat is backless with white pearl buttons (we can swap these for RN buttons if required). High-backed trousers are button fly with hook/eye waist fastening, braces buttons and 1 1/4" gilt stripes. By Gieves.

Sizes:    Jacket approx 40/41" chest. Trousers approx 40.5" waist. Actual measurements are:

Chest Width (laid flat):              21"

Shoulder:                                  17"

Jacket Waist (width, laid flat):   n/a

Length:                                      45"

Sleeve:                                      24"

Trouser waist:                           40.5" (nothing to let out)

Inside Leg:                               28" (+0.5" to let down)

Condition:    Generally very good. Only light wear. Coat/trrousers clean.Waistcoat has light brown patches on both sides (see photo) and a few very minor marks. One trouser fly button is missing. There is a single 5mm diameter hole in the lower part of the rear coat tail. No other damage/defects. Rank lace is bright.
