A non-issue "private purchase" smock. Similar to 1984-pattern. Windproof cotton. Heavy-duty zip front with velcro storm flap. Buttoned pockets. Velcro-adjustable cuffs. Internal poacher-pocket. Drawstrings at waist and hem. No hood.
